2025 Predictions: Buyer's Market

Zillow released housing market predictions for 2025. In the article, Susan Kelleher noted that the South is predicted to have a housing market favoring buyers. The article also states, “The new buyer’s market ZillowⓇ predicts will be the product of more listings from homeowners who have been sitting on the sidelines, and improvements in affordability as interest rates ease.”
