2025 Predictions: Rent to Rise?

CoStar Group specializes in real estate analytics and data information. They predict a little differently than ZillowⓇ Chief Economist, Skylar Olsen. CoStar predicts that there will be increases in rent in 2025 due to a period of undersupply in rental properties.
